We are seeking an experienced and results-oriented International Software Sales Manager to lead sales efforts for our healthcare software solutions targeting clients across South Asia and the Middle East. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the healthcare industry and proven success in B2B sales on an international scale.

• Exceptional communication and negotiation skills for diverse markets
• Strong track record of building and maintaining relationships with healthcare clients
• Experience in developing sales strategies for international markets
• Ability to conduct market research and identify new business opportunities
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
• Understanding of healthcare regulations and operational challenges in target regions

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Administration, or a related field
• Minimum 3+ years of experience in software sales, with a focus on healthcare markets
• Proven ability to meet or exceed international sales targets
• Strong understanding of the healthcare landscape across South Asia and the Middle East
