Skills Required: 

  • DreamSol is looking for Customer Care Executive that will be the liaison between the company and its current and potential customers.
  • Work with corporate clients and resolve their queries through multiple channels including calls and emails as dedicated account owner.
  • Acquire knowledge required to assist customer on all their queries, onboarding, handholding, training, and level 1 support to achieve customer success.
  • Ensure that the process productivity, quality, and customer experience requirements are met in accordance with standards set.
  • Work independently, complete assigned tasks in the established timeframe as per the process benchmarks.
  • Great written and communication skills in English.
  • Ability to take complete ownership and facilitate the end-to-end customer journey.
  • Good interpersonal skills with ability to build and maintain working relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Excellent analytical skills, MIS understanding, have a good knowledge of PowerPoint presentations.
  • Flexibility to quickly shift priorities, multi-task and prioritize simultaneous requirements in fast paced environment and balance all to completion.
  • Looking for candidates based out of Delhi NCR.
