Skills Required:
- DreamSol is looking for Customer Care Executive that will be the liaison between the company and its current and potential customers.
- Work with corporate clients and resolve their queries through multiple channels including calls and emails as dedicated account owner.
- Acquire knowledge required to assist customer on all their queries, onboarding, handholding, training, and level 1 support to achieve customer success.
- Ensure that the process productivity, quality, and customer experience requirements are met in accordance with standards set.
- Work independently, complete assigned tasks in the established timeframe as per the process benchmarks.
- Great written and communication skills in English.
- Ability to take complete ownership and facilitate the end-to-end customer journey.
- Good interpersonal skills with ability to build and maintain working relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
- Excellent analytical skills, MIS understanding, have a good knowledge of PowerPoint presentations.
- Flexibility to quickly shift priorities, multi-task and prioritize simultaneous requirements in fast paced environment and balance all to completion.
- Looking for candidates based out of Delhi NCR.
