Educational Qualification: Bachelors (any stream) / MBA (IT/Marketing)
Skills Required: The core responsibilities for this position under operations are as follows:
- Outstanding communication and documentation skills, detail oriented and go-getting attitude.
- Smart, enthusiastic, and with a lot of initiative and never die attitude.
- Passion and fire to take the organization to new heights in target oriented environment.
- Good people skills (PR/ Customer Relations/ Inter Personal Relations)
- Experience of marketing/ business development in software industry
- Should be able to create new avenues for the company into SME segment & large enterprises
- Maintaining the existing list of corporate clients through continuous engagement with existing & potential clients to update them with new offerings, updates etc.
- Proficiency in MS Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint & Competency in using the Internet
- May be able to take role of Pre-Business Analyst i.e. Gathering of customized requirements from clients.
- Contribute creativity and critical thinking to optimally implement new features
- Ability to work independently in a fast paced startup environment with dynamically changing requirements
- Self-motivated individual with high degree of responsibility, including confidentiality, sense of urgency and accountability
- Aggressive, highly motivated, resourceful, independent and self discipline.
- Should have vehicle/ mobile and well aware of routes to travel at short notices
- Looking for candidates based out of Delhi NCR.
